Working with the Dean and the Faculty of UCSD Biological Sciences, our Corporate Partners provide vital input into the development of tools and resources that help to ensure that the Division's life sciences-focused curriculum reflects the changing workforce needs of our industry colleagues. The program's human resources component showcases careers in industry and provides member companies specialized access to students at all stages of their educational careers. BioCORE assists with the career and internship placement of graduate and undergraduate stuents and postdoctoral fellows in industrial settings.

UCSD Biological Sciences is also committed to communicating our research to the general public and encouraging dialogue to respond to concerns about issues facing us today, for example, stem cell research and genetically modified food products.
